“Working with Dan felt like having an in-house Amazon lead. He cleaned up our catalog, fixed the ad structure, and turned Amazon from an afterthought into a reliable channel for Brickcraft.”

Long-term ownership when it’s a fit.
If, after a project, it makes sense for me to stay on, I can run your Amazon channel month-to-month: listings, ads, promos, and keeping an eye on stock and basics. No long contracts - we keep it simple and review regularly.

How I work
We start with a free 20-minute call so I can hear what’s going on with your Amazon.
If it makes sense, you book either a one-off consult or a full audit so I can go through your account properly.
I send you a short plan and a flat price for fixing the most important stuff first.
I do the work. You get a simple weekly update. If you want me to stay on after that, we set up a month-to-month arrangement.

Most of my work is with toys, home, gifting, and similar products. I handle the unglamorous Amazon stuff -listings, ads, and FBA basics - so you don’t have to live in Seller Central to keep sales moving.
What I actually do:
Fix and rewrite listings (copy + keywords)
Give direction for images, A+ content, and Storefronts
Set up, clean up, and tune PPC campaigns
Plan launches and relaunches for new SKUs
Help with reviews and promos (within policy)
Plan inventory and basic FBA logistics
Triage account health / policy issues
Fields:
New to Amazon and want a clean start
Already on Amazon but stuck or plateaued
Small, lean teams without an Amazon person
People who actually care about margins
Typical ways we work together:
One-off consult calls
Full account audits
Listing overhaul projects
PPC clean-up / rebuild projects
New-product launch help
Ongoing channel management (when it makes sense)

"Our Amazon was a mess of random SKUs, broken listings, and half-working ads. Dan took it over, cleaned everything up, and now I mostly just get a weekly update instead of surprises"

Dan K
Amazon consultant & operator
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Most work starts as a one-off consult, audit, or project with a clear scope and price. Ongoing monthly management is only offered after we’ve worked together and both agree it makes sense.
What happens on a consult call?
It’s a 45–60 minute video call. We screen-share your Amazon account, talk through what you’re trying to do, and I point out the main issues and quick wins. You can take the notes and run with them, or decide you want help with a project.
Who is this for?
Physical product brands that actually care about the product and margins. That can be a small team just getting onto Amazon or a brand that’s already selling but knows their listings, ads, or inventory are messy. I’m not a good fit for retail arbitrage, black-hat tactics, or “get rich quick” stuff.
Will you need access to my Seller Central?
For a quick consult, we can just use screen-share. For an audit or ongoing work, I’ll usually ask to be added as a secondary user so I can see real data. You stay the account owner, you control permissions, and you can remove access anytime.
What does a typical project look like?
We start with a short intro call, agree on the problem to solve, scope the work, and set a timeline. Most projects are 3–6 weeks and focused on something concrete like “fix the PPC structure” or “rebuild the top 5 listings,” not “own everything forever from day one.”
How do payments work?
Smaller things like consults are paid upfront. Larger projects are usually 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Payments are handled by invoice (card or bank transfer). No surprise add-ons mid-project.
